These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Careers Portal operated by Megamind Advertising Pvt. Ltd. ("Megamind", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, or submitting an application through the Careers Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Careers Portal.

- By using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
- Applications from minors, proxies, or any third parties acting on behalf of applicants without express written authorization are strictly prohibited.
Permitted Use
The Careers Portal is to be used solely for the purpose of submitting applications for job or internship positions at Megamind.
- Misrepresenting your identity or submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Portal, server, or database.
- Interfering with the operation, security, or functionality of the Portal.
- Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tools to access or manipulate data.
Any misuse of the Portal may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
Application Process
- Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of employment or internship. It merely signifies your interest in being considered for a role.
- Megamind retains absolute discretion to shortlist, reject, or disregard applications without providing reasons.
- The recruitment process may involve multiple stages including, but not limited to: application screening, written assessments, technical or creative tests, video interviews, personal interviews, background verification, and reference checks.
- By applying, you consent to participate in these processes and to provide all requested supporting information.
Applicant Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of the information and documents submitted.
- Submission of fraudulent, forged, altered, or misleading information may result in:
- Immediate rejection of your application.
- Termination of employment if already hired.
- Reporting to relevant legal authorities.
- You must promptly update us if any of the submitted information changes during the recruitment process.
Confidentiality
- During the recruitment process, you may receive access to Megamind’s confidential information including business strategies, client details, intellectual property, or proprietary methodologies.
- You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose, copy, reproduce, or use such information for purposes other than the recruitment process.
- This confidentiality obligation shall survive the rejection or withdrawal of your application.
Intellectual Property
- All text, graphics, design, trademarks, logos, software, and content made available through the Careers Portal are the intellectual property of Megamind Advertising Pvt. Ltd.
- You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Portal solely for submitting your application.
